Shubshilp Hiring and Consulting Pvt Ltd was founded by Shubha Devudu, who was associated with corporate leadership roles for the past 20 years. She holds a Master’s in English along with a business management degree (MBA – International Business) and relevant certifications. She is one of the most successful leaders who has developed strong teams, guided students, and mentored and upskilled employees for their roles in different domains.

During her tenure, she travelled around the world and gained firsthand experience of varied cultures. Through this exposure, she observed that millennials aspiring for various job roles often lack essential foundational skills such as confidence building, communication, presentability, and interview skills. This led her to start a coaching school where fresh graduates seeking jobs, as well as school and college dropouts, could bridge the gap, build their careers, and refine these skills.

Her goal is to ensure that millennials who lack the required skills and continue trying without proper direction are guided onto the right path to develop these competencies. This vision led to the establishment of a finishing school where millennials are prepared to “get things right the first time and every time”.

While ensuring students stay on the right track, her ideas expanded and she began exploring her expertise in HR management and consulting. She grew the organization by offering services in talent hunt / executive search and HR full-stack service outsourcing, along with start-up consulting and IT consulting solutions.
